Our Value Add

We carry out three due diligence processes assigned to 3 expert committees:

They assess product viability and innovation:
- How a startup’s product compares to the competition’s?
- Is the innovation truly viable?
- Does it solve a real problem?
- Is the product’s go-to-market easy to adopt?
They assess commercial viability and exit potential:
- Is the market ready for this product and is actually requiring this solution?
- Is the go-to-market plan solid and is their 5 year growth plan viable?
- How are they evaluating their financials? Are timelines realistic?
- Who will be the acquirer of this startup?
They evaluate each past and present legal document:
- How diluted are the founders?
- Do their legal documents comply with US policy (SEC)?
- What’s their runway and who are they raising money from?
